چکیده
Firstly,we are study to formulate and test a topical gel containing of Itraconazole micro- emulsion (ITZ). The Formulation micro researchis necessary before its thepreformulation Itraconazole. To estimatethe maximal solubility ITZ in oils, surfactants co- were investigated estimatefilling material potential. In reference the region, with Karanj oil as phase, use surfactant Tween-80 aDiamethyl Carbinol Or (IPA) Another improve performance, pseudo- ternary phase diagram was created. If using Carbopol 934, Xantumgum, carboxymathylcellulose,Carboxymethyl -Tamarind gum (CMTG (CMC) That may be increased or improved qualitative & Quantitative .ME is evaluate by % transmittance, Viscosity, pH,particle-Size, zeta potential, Physical appearance, Drug content, pH,spreadability, viscosity, -vitro release. we take like karanj form Tween 80 that obtain -Stable ME useco-surfactant an IPA, weight ratio 5:45:50. based which pH range between (6.0- 6.34),and Spreadability rangeis (0.56-1.06) gm.cm/sec. consistency viscosity examination intimated plastic performance all formulations. In midest gels CBP: CMTG greater maximum drug release at end 6h incomprising other marketed.
